HVAC Design

We provide complete HVAC Design solution for Residential, Commercial buildings, warehouses etc.  including Heat Load Calculation using HAP and Hevacomp, Equipment Selection, duct and pipe design, stress analysis, ESP and Pump Head loss calculations, HVAC Control and Automation, Testing & Commissioning.

Package Units

Various type of package units with different size and configuration ranging from small residential units to large commercial or industrial units. It is easy for installation and maintenance. The package unit includes a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, and a blower, as well as the necessary ductwork, controls, and filters.

Chillers

Air-cooled, water-cooled, and evaporative chillers for large commercial or industrial buildings, such as hospitals, office buildings and manufacturing facilities like chemical manufacturing, food processing, and oil refineries.

Marine Chiller

Sea water cooled marine chiller for cargo ship, combat vessels, container vessel, Product Carriers and Passenger Vessels.  We are listed with reputed companies in Ship Building industry in UAE and have completed several MEP projects.

Cooling Towers

We provide different type of cooling towers, including natural draft, mechanical draft, cross-flow, and counter-flow cooling towers, pumping system, piping etc.

Air Handlers

FAHU systems for commercial and industrial buildings, such as offices, hospitals, shopping malls, and airports, where there is a need for efficient and reliable air conditioning and ventilation.

high efficiency Heat recovery wheels recovering both sensible (temperature) and latent (moisture) heat from the exhaust air. By pre-conditioning the incoming air, heat recovery wheels can reduce the load on heating and cooling systems, resulting in significant energy savings and reduced operating costs. They also help to maintain a comfortable and healthy indoor environment by providing fresh air while reducing the humidity levels.

Customized AHUs to meet the specific needs of a building, such as high-efficiency filters for clean room applications, or variable air volume (VAV) controls for zones with varying occupancy or temperature requirements. They are an essential component of HVAC systems and play a critical role in maintaining a comfortable and healthy indoor environment

Fan Coil Unit (FCU)

Standalone Fan Coil units to provide localized heating or cooling, or they can be connected to a central AHU (Air Handling Unit) to provide zoned control of the HVAC system. They are commonly used in commercial and industrial buildings, such as hotels, apartments, hospitals, and offices, where there is a need for flexible and efficient air conditioning and ventilation. They are relatively small in size, which makes them easy to install and maintain, and they offer energy-efficient operation due to their ability to condition only the air in the space that is being used.

Heat Exchanger

Plate heat exchanger for ETS Rooms. Plate heat exchangers offer several advantages over other types of heat exchangers, including compact size, high efficiency, low maintenance requirements, and the ability to easily clean and service. They are also modular in design, which allows for easy customization and expansion of the heat transfer capacity to meet changing needs.

Computer Room AC Units

CRAC units are designed to provide precise and reliable temperature and humidity control to ensure that the equipment operates at optimal levels. They also include sophisticated controls and monitoring systems that allow for remote monitoring and alerting, to quickly identify and correct any issues that may arise. In addition to cooling and humidity control, CRAC units may also include features such as air filtration, backup power, and redundant components to provide maximum reliability and uptime. They are critical components of any data center or computer room, and play a crucial role in protecting the valuable electronic equipment housed within.

Variable Refrigerant Flow System

A VRF system consists of an outdoor unit, which houses the compressor and condenser, and multiple indoor units, which are connected to the outdoor unit via refrigerant piping. Each indoor unit is typically installed in a separate room or zone, and can be individually controlled to provide customized heating and cooling to that space. The refrigerant flow is varied according to the cooling or heating demand of each indoor unit, allowing for precise temperature control and energy efficiency. a VRF system is a reliable and effective solution for providing heating and cooling to commercial and residential buildings, and it can be a good choice for buildings with varying heating and cooling requirements or those with limited space for equipment.

Ducted DX Unit

The DX unit itself consists of a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator, which work together to cool and circulate the refrigerant. The system is designed to work in conjunction with a network of ducts and air handling units (AHUs) that deliver the conditioned air to different zones within the building.

HVAC Ducting and air distribution system

GI ducts are made from galvanized steel sheets that are coated with a layer of zinc to protect against corrosion. They are strong, durable, and fire-resistant, and can be fabricated into a variety of shapes and sizes to suit different building requirements. GI ducts are often used in commercial and industrial buildings where they can be exposed or concealed within ceiling voids or wall cavities.

Pre-insulated ducts that have an insulating material sandwiched between two layers of sheet metal. The insulation provides a barrier to heat transfer, which helps to maintain the temperature of the air as it is transported through the ducts. PI ducts are designed to be more energy-efficient than non-insulated ducts, as they help to reduce the amount of energy required to heat or cool the air.
